December. I dont like this motion before finacical new year. There a lot of peoples becomes mad and trying do do all their not finished work before end of december, and it make a lot of motion in all world. Peoples runing from there to there, mad eyes. I think everyone must make all his job at the time.

Hi! Already winter! This year winter comes late, but not too late. I am this year starts swim again 1 time in a week in lake. Some years ago i and my friend go to ice hall, but he is now live far from me, and deicide to swim along, yet.

Ok now i give you some good advises how to make yourself to sweem in cald water in lake without any troubles at winter time.

At first you must to srart 1-2 time in a week make cold shower. Hot, cold, hot, cold and this enought. Prepeare yourself! After 3 mounth, when you ready to go to sweem drees heat clothes, but all things of your dress must be easy to drees on and off. Dont wear shirt (shirs have a lot of buttons and when your dress on - this take a lot of time to hook up all buttons, your fingers freeze). Take towel and panties in your bag. Before you go - make hot shower, anfter cold, after again hot and preheat good under hot shower. You ready to go. Do not rush, breathe slow, deeply.

So you here, near a ice hall (ofcourse your living area must have ice hall, and you must live in place with cold winter)! Ok -10C on street temperature! Start to dress of. Pants and shoes dress off at last turn. And go to water! First time better walk not alone, but with friend. If something happend, who help? Or walk at time, when others go to swim to this ice hall. So go to water surely, but with control. Swim, some first second be difficult, after easy and come out. Take towel, wipe head, neck, body, arms, legs. Change your panties (dont stay in wet panties long - this is not good). And dress on. Towel you can drop on snow and stand on it. Dress on, feel happy =))

Hello peoples.

1day ago was day of fasting. It was not difficult to spend 25 hours without food and eat. But if you never fasting, can be some troubles - headache, heaviness, and other "effects" =) I have secret - what need to do, before fasting - i am eat pretty much boiled beets + some olive (or other) oil, some salt...and drink water 1 litter or more. This all. But after beets in the morning hard to up, but need to do it, and all be OK.

Hello, i am here again.

There was hot sun, i need to say! Temperature stay +30-35 C and was very hot, but now all okay. All know it, there was a lot of news about it. Interest, what be with winter this year? Don't know what, but i know - all OK:) Human body can live in big range of different conditions. But it is hard for old peoples...

What news - i still searching for a job, learning 3-th language. Can say on English, Hebrew who iam, what i need, and stuff...mayby next year i start to write here on Hebrew.

My cat

Hello people! It is good days, sun blinking on water, birds make some nise. A lot of peoples on beaches - near the water, because this days very hot for this year. I hope the same weather will be for all others summers!

I have good news. Story: Last year, near this time like now happens my story - i have a black cat, and, i dont know why, some day she stars climbing on tables, place where peoples eat. Several times i learn she - to stop doing this, but black cats very smart standing to do what they want. And some day i deicide - she go to street. It is was very hard for me - leave my cat on street, but my mind say me - i must do this, stop emotions. So i left her on street (before this i many times let her walk on streets, so i dont afraid for cat).....

After this i many times walk near the place, where i leave her! But don't see, i think, what a dog eat her. AND! Some days ago i walk from supermarket and see - black cat. Wow....i come to cat and say name, what i gave before. She come...sniffed me, "may may? say, and start somersault on the ground and i understand - it is my cat. Already big, but voice the same! All ok with my cat=) i know there she is now (place) but don't want take to home - let she live on street.
